On February 24,2023, the 1st China Harbin International Cartoon And Game Expo held in Harbin. Mr. Shang Bing, Present of Internet Society of China (ISC), attended the opening ceremony and the Summit Forum on Digital Creative Design and Animation Game Industry and delivered a speech.
He said that the report of the 20th CPC National Congress made important arrangements for the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries, and pointed out the direction for the high-quality development of the digital culture industry.
Mr.Shang Bing put forward three suggestions: first, strengthen the empowerment of digital technology and tap the development potential. Second, strengthen the construction of standard system and build a solid foundation for development. Third, promote the cultivation of digital talents and reserve development strength.
