ISC and CAICT Released the "Guidelines for Compliance Management of User Rights Protection in Mobile Internet Application Services (2025)"

On July 3rd, the Internet Society of China (ISC) and the (China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, CAICT) jointly released the "Guidelines for Compliance Management of User Rights Protection in Mobile Internet Application Services (2025)" in Beijing.
The Guidelines comprehensively outlines the requirements of current laws and regulations, incorporating industry practices and focusing on common service scenarios of mobile internet applications. It summarizes six key compliance requirements for user rights protection and propose three compliance management mechanisms, clarifying the core logic of user rights protection compliance management. Additionally, the document provides a methodology for building compliance management systems, aimig at assisting enterprises in establishing and improving their user rights protection compliance frameworks.
