On April 25, 2012, the People’s Mediation Committee of Internet Society of China (ISC) was inaugurated in Beijing. Mr. WANG Xueze, the Deputy Director of Department of Guiding the Grass-root Work, Ministry of Justice, Mr. LI Bing, the Secretary-general of China National People’s Mediation Committee, Mr. CHEN Jinchuan, the Chief Judge of Beijing Higher People’s Court, Ms. WANG Shuxian, the Deputy Director of Beijing Intellectual Property and Mr. HUANG Chengqing, the Vice President of ISC together inaugurated the People’s Mediation Committee of ISC. 
 
Since its establishment in 2008, the Mediation Center of ISC properly mediated the disputes among the Internet companies, between the Internet companies and right holders, between the Internet companies and consumers. Based on the Mediation Center of ISC and under the guidance of China National People’s Mediation Committee, the People’s Mediation Committee of ISC was established on March 22, 2012. The mediation of Internet disputes was involved in the People’s mediation, which will greatly improve Internet mediation mechanism, promote mediation fellowship construction, and finally achieve the sustainable development of Internet industry.
