Industry Self-discipline To conduct industry self-discipline is one of the main tasks of the Internet Scoeity of China (ISC). It aims to build a harmonious market environment and promote the construction of social responsibility to create a new pattern of corporate accountability by formulating conventions, norms or standards to promote self-discipline awareness of enterprises, carry out mediation to fairly resolve members dispute, and protect rights and interests of users. In 2002, ISC released the Self-discipline Convention on China Internet Industry，the first Internet industry self-regulated norm conducted in China.
